This is my High key / Low key Project for my Studio Lighting Techniques Class.
My settings are 1/60 of a second, F. 14.0, and Iso is 100. Used a step ladder and one light. Light was on half power, moved back and off to the side, and then I was on the second or third step almost infront of my model.
